At a clinic appointment, a doctor can examine your child and make individual medical decisions. An online conversation is useful when you want to work through questions, separate what matters from what does not and understand the next steps. We can discuss several topics in around 60 minutes, and I will send a written summary on the same day. The conversation is in Russian.

Choose a 60-minute conversation if you want to discuss your questions in depth in one meeting and receive a written summary. Choose the 30-day private chat if questions come up over time and you want to be able to message me during the month. These options are in Russian. Yes, you do not need to be in Russia to use the online format. A Russian-language conversation takes place on Zoom or Yandex Telemost; for the chat, we agree on Telegram or WhatsApp. We arrange the meeting with your time zone in mind; chat reply hours are in Moscow time. For English messaging, please contact me first. Available payment methods are shown by Prodamus at checkout.

I am first and foremost a pediatrician; genetics is my additional education. It helps me take a broader view of a child's development and family history, notice connections and explain complex topics more clearly to parents. It complements my work in pediatrics.

You can cancel a conversation or a chat before it starts or while the service is being provided. The refund takes into account the part already provided and documented expenses, where applicable. For a PDF guide, you can submit a cancellation request within seven calendar days, excluding the purchase date. Contact info@alenavlasova.ru.
